OHIO RESIDENTS
1. Pay for the  Fire Arm
2. If I don't have it in stock, there may be a 3 day delay
3. Provide government issued ID with Picture i.e. Drivers License
4. Fill out ATF 4473 
5. If you have a valid Ohio CCW  less than 5 years old from issuance + Ohio Drivers License then NO background check is required- click ATF link below

6. If NO CCW then I will run a back ground check~ 10 minutes

Out of State Buyers
1. Pay for the fire arm
2. The fire arm must be shipped to an FFL in the same state as the buyer
     2a. This FFL will fill out the 4473 to transfer the fire arm to the buyer.
